My Story

In the early 2000s, I made one of the hardest and most important decisions of my life — leaving Costa Rica with a suitcase full of dreams and hope. I had only $5,000 in my pocket, but in my heart I carried something far more valuable: my grandfather’s words, “Go, work hard, and be brave.”
When I arrived at Pearson Airport, I had no idea what the future would hold. I didn’t speak the language, I didn’t know the culture, but I had a deep determination to build a better life through honest work and perseverance.
With faith in God, countless sacrifices, and long days of hard work, I slowly began turning those dreams into reality. What started as small renovation and cleaning jobs grew into FCH Group — a company built on effort, integrity, and a passion for quality service.
By 2010, FCH had become recognized across Northern Ontario for outstanding workmanship in grocery stores and commercial spaces. But more important than recognition was the trust our clients placed in us.
Today, I look back with gratitude and pride. The dreams I once carried in a suitcase are now a thriving reality, made possible by faith, dedication, our incredible team, and the support of every client who believed in us. We are here because of you.
